The InnerTalk Concept and the Way it Works- Subliminal Technology
I have decided to devote a page to the Innertalk concept, as it is a little different to some of the other subliminal technologies described on this site. It is designed to work by re-scripting negativity in our minds, and turn concepts that are difficult or scary for us into positive concepts. Subliminal tapes or CDs are able to be used regularly to achieve fantastic results. Allow me to explain… We sometimes carry self-limiting beliefs in our subconscious, like feeling that we are not good at something, or scared of doing certain things. These beliefs can hold us back, and part of the inner talk concept is to re script our negative beliefs. We may be scared of dealing with groups of people, as an example, but if we wish to be in a management position, we need to be able to publicly manage! These are the sorts of negative views that inner talk works to correct. As our views change, so do we, by being more outward in our ability to ‘go out and get something’ we want.

The Innertalk system is designed to work with both sides of the brain, and synchronize the two halves together. Each half, or hemisphere, is responsible for different functions. In many people, but not all, the right brain is the emotional centre, as well as where our subconscious is handled, while the left side is mainly for logical and analytical thought. The Innertalk system is recorded with messages in a male voice, followed by a female voice, and then followed by a child’s voice, and so on again and again. It has been claimed that different people respond differently to different voices, and that way, by having each voice available, the maximum effect can be achieved. The right hand channel is recorded in the same way, but backwards. This is a process known as metacontrast. By doing so, the brain is able to interpret the messages in the most effective way for the hemisphere’s respective abilities, or function. The way the recording works, you may only notice the odd word consciously here and there, as the system is designed to not have the audio consciously there, but rather at a deeper, subliminal level. One of the advantages with the system is that headphones are not a pre requisite- it will work as well with speakers as well.
