The Importance of Motivation, and Ways to Maintain it
Motivation is a topic I felt I needed to cover in positive-relaxation, as being motivated is a healthy part of relaxation and being in a stress free state.
Different people are motivated by different things, quite naturally- some TO wards things, and others AWAY from things.
An example is that you may want a new and bigger home, so you are motivated towards that.
You may be motivated away from the idea of not being comfortable enough financially- hence you can be motivated away from things.
Either way, when you know your self,
by looking at your goals,
or
or looking at the results of your meditation,
then you can better set your self the motivational tools that will help you reach your goals, and accomplish your desired achievements.
It is natural for some people to be very upbeat, and for others, they need constant reminders.
This can be in the form of post it notes, on your car dash, on your mirror in the bathroom, and in some cases, on the TV screen! Do you really want to spend more time in front of the grey screen???
I realize I may be pushing some buttons here, but it really does make a difference, even in the form of an hour a day, over a month, or a year.
One hour a day, on a worthwhile task, instead of in front of the TV is the same as 45 extra days in a year! This is a massive amount of time, if being put towards a useful goal. It may be studying a new language, listening to audio courses, working on a part time home business, etc
You get the idea. The options are endless.
Motivation can make a big difference to the end result.
May I please be a little boring at this point, and remind you to enjoy the journey as you go. This makes everything better, and helps with creating more success that feeds itself, and so on.

Motivation is something that grows with people, and it’s simply a case of being focused, and knowing where you want to be.
